Fattorty is a ZATCA Phase 2 (Integration Phase) compliant e-invoicing SaaS built specifically for Saudi businesses. The platform is available across the web, iOS, and Android, with full Arabic and English support and proper RTL layout. All customer data is hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Fattorty is built on modern, secure technology chosen for performance, longevity, and operational simplicity:

• Backend: Django and Django REST Framework with a PostgreSQL multi-tenant architecture (schema-per-tenant) for strong data isolation.
• Client: Flutter — a single, consistent codebase shipped to web, iOS, and Android.
• At-rest encryption: AES-256 across customer databases and backups.
• In-transit encryption: TLS 1.3 for all API and client communication.
• ZATCA cryptography: SECP256R1 elliptic-curve digital signing and UBL 2.1 XML generation, in line with the FATOORA technical specification.

فاتورتي منصة فوترة إلكترونية (SaaS) متوافقة مع المرحلة الثانية (مرحلة الربط والتكامل) من هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، مصمَّمة خصيصاً للأعمال السعودية. تتوفّر المنصة عبر الويب وiOS وAndroid، مع دعم كامل للعربية والإنجليزية وتخطيط RTL سليم. تُستضاف بيانات العملاء داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي بما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL).

سواء كنت مستقلاً تُصدر فاتورتك الضريبية الأولى، أو منشأة صغيرة أو متوسطة تُوحّد عمليات الفوترة، أو مؤسسة قائمة تبحث عن منظومة فوترة حديثة متعددة الأجهزة — صُمِّم فاتورتي ليجعل الامتثال والفوترة اليومية سهلَين بلا عناء.

6. التقنية

بُني فاتورتي على تقنية حديثة وآمنة اختيرت بعناية لضمان الأداء والاستمرارية وبساطة التشغيل:

• الواجهة الخلفية: Django و Django REST Framework مع بنية متعدّدة المستأجرين على PostgreSQL (مخطّط لكل مستأجر) لعزل بيانات قوي.
• التطبيق: Flutter — قاعدة شيفرة واحدة متّسقة على الويب وiOS وAndroid.
• تشفير البيانات المخزَّنة: AES-256 على قواعد بيانات العملاء والنسخ الاحتياطية.
• تشفير النقل: TLS 1.3 لكل اتّصالات الـ API والتطبيق.
• تشفير الزكاة والضريبة: توقيع رقمي باستخدام منحنى SECP256R1 وتوليد XML بصيغة UBL 2.1 وفق المواصفات التقنية لمنصّة فاتورة.

• اعتماد المرحلة الثانية — مسارات التخليص والإبلاغ مطابِقة للمواصفات الرسمية.
• متوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL).
• معالجة دفع متوافقة مع PCI-DSS عبر مزوّدين معتمَدين؛ لا نخزّن بيانات البطاقات الخام أبداً.
• تدقيق أمني واختبارات اختراق دورية يجريها شركاء مستقلّون.
